Moment Capture provides product photography services for small brands, local retailers, and independent makers, including studio production, sample setup review, proof review, and edited file delivery as agreed for each project. Any scope, shot list, usage, and product intake details are confirmed before work begins.
Fees are quoted on a project basis according to the number of SKUs, setups, and intended usage. A deposit may be required to confirm a booking, and accepted payment methods are limited to those communicated for the project. Any remaining balance is due under the agreed commercial terms.
Project acceptance may depend on product condition, the completeness of the brief, studio availability, and the suitability of the requested setup. Products must be delivered in the agreed manner for intake, and any changes to scope, styling, or product order may require a revised quote or revised production plan.

No RAW files, rejected frames, or unedited camera files are included by default, and any permitted use of delivered images is limited to the agreed license.
